Brian Couch, a Sales Representative at Motion Engineering, explained how his team was able to provide a practical solution to the problem.
The recycling plant depended on bark to produce compost and fertilisers, making their woodchipper a crucial component of their operation. Woodchippers work by breaking down wood or other organic materials into smaller pieces, making them easier to handle and process. Given the importance of this machinery to the plant, a quick resolution to the issue was necessary to avoid further disruptions.
