Overheating is the second most common cause of failure on hydraulic systems. When one of Australia’s leading timber processors approached CRAM about an overheating hydraulic power unit, they were able to work collaboratively and identify numerous instances where production efficiencies could be achieved. This began by installing an upgraded cooling system package, which included a new pump and filter alongside a larger capacity oil cooler.
